This Privacy Policy explains how Photo Magic Report collects, uses, and handles information when you use the app and related services. Photo Magic Report is designed to help users create marine inspection reports, manage report-related information, and export reports as PDFs.

Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect and process:

Account data, such as your sign-in details and account identifiers.
Profile data, including your name, profile details, and profile image.
Device and session data used to manage access, sessions, and security.
Inspection and report data entered or created in the app.
Vessel, client, company, and contact details that you choose to enter.
Photos and images attached to reports.
Generated PDFs and report contents.
Subscription entitlement and status data.

How We Use Data

We use the information we collect to:

Create, maintain, and manage user accounts.
Support report creation, editing, storage, and PDF export.
Provide profile features within the app.
Manage device sessions and help protect account access.
Confirm subscription access and premium feature availability.

Third-Party Service Providers

Photo Magic Report uses third-party providers to operate core app functionality. Supabase is used for authentication, database services, and storage. RevenueCat is used for subscription entitlement management. Apple App Store and Google Play handle payment processing for purchases and subscriptions made through their platforms.

Payment Information

Photo Magic Report does not directly collect or store card numbers, payment card details, or payment account credentials. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their own terms, privacy policies, and payment procedures.

User-Entered Third-Party Data

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority, permission, or consent to enter client, vessel, company, and contact personal data into Photo Magic Report. You should not enter information that you are not permitted to use for inspection, reporting, or related professional purposes.

Photos and Reports

Inspection photos and images that you upload may be used in reports, displayed within the app, and embedded into exported PDFs. Report contents may include information entered by you, attached images, and generated PDF output based on that information.

Profile Images

If you upload a profile image, the image or its URL may be public or accessible to anyone with the URL if it is stored in a public storage location. Avoid uploading a profile image if you do not want it to be accessible in that way.

Account Deletion and Retention

You can delete your account from the Profile area of the app. Account deletion removes account, profile, and app data where technically possible. Some information may remain temporarily or as required in backups, logs, legal records, provider records, billing records, or similar operational records.

Deleting your Photo Magic Report account does not automatically cancel any Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where the subscription was purchased.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information handled by Photo Magic Report. However, no app, network, storage system, or online service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Photo Magic Report is not intended for children or minors. The app should be used only by users who are legally permitted to use it for inspection, reporting, or related professional purposes.

International Processing

Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live. Data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. By using Photo Magic Report, you understand that information may be handled by service providers in different locations.

User Rights and Contact

Changes to this Policy
